What are some uses for non-jewelry grade tumbled rocks?
I recently finished a group of rocks in my tumbler and don't know what to do with them. Most aren't gemstones and came from the stream near my house. They look really cool, but I think they would look weird in jewelry because they are rather large/not exactly good colors for jewelry. So what would be a good use for them?
We have a large flat bowl on the coffee table that is filled with these kinds of polished rocks. Kids and grownups alike like to run their fingers through them or look for their favorite one.
