Is a pre-sale tickets for Metallica to sell the event?
Metallica Tickets are on presale today (09/08/2008), but only for holders of American Express and (I think) members of the Metallica Fan Club (MetClub). Since I do not possession of an American Express card or membership MetClub, I am not able to purchase these tickets today. But my question is whether this pre-sale can actually sell the entire event (at the Verizon Center) or the organizers to allocate only a portion of tickets for pre-sales and sell the rest to the official sale begins. If it is the latter choice, then I might be able to get tickets to the ground. I do not think it's fair to just sell everything to AmEx or members MetClub and screw the rest of the people. And please, stay on the question. Do not reply not like a 10 year old "Metallica sucks" or "Blah blah blah company, blah blah blah blah greedy napster.
Response to question of can we sell the event .. No, I'm in Michigan and got my American Express and WRIF RADIO (local radio mich) and became very screwed on my seats. Presale tickets from what I was told that so many have booked tickets. Currently tickets for metallica everything is pre-screwed up. Not only did I pay so I did not even get the free movement of cd they want. I am a Cardholder American Express and a member metclub. Nobody can help me on this crazy. My advice to you is to wait until they sale. In Michigan right now is a big problem going on with the shit presale. Basically what I'm saying is the presale has not all Tickets for the concert. I promise you that one. Wanted main floor and got stuck w / seat. Now, I searched and could not get main floor as I wanted. Sucks for me and good luck to you ..
