What color to paint my walls if i have white cabinets?
I have a pretty small square kitchen in all white. white cabinets, stove, fridge, trim. I have wainscoting on the bottom part of my walls painted white. My floors are light hard wood. The rest of my house is painted in the beige/coffee/orange italian theme. Any ideas on what color to paint the top part of the walls (want to keep the wainscoting white and the cabinet white)?? that would blend with the tan orange colors i already have in the dining and living room??
This is like my dream kitchen...
you could paint it a soft yelow, a deep mahogany (this always looks great in kitchens) a majestic purple (you may not thin this will work but in the end it looke really great.) You could go for lighter blues, sea greens or an orange. You could also do stenciling on one wall (this would pe your accent wall) You can pick these desgins up at any hardware store WalMart, Lowe's, even Home Depot may have them.
